Smartly.io engaged us to assist in the expansion of their global offices across eight locations including New York, London, Dubai, Amsterdam and Spain.

We were initially requested to make 7 hires for the Enterprise Sales and Customer Success teams in Paris and Berlin, and after the success of our initial partnership, they requested we hire a Head of Talent UK in London to support their rapid growth.

Following a successful hire via Grey Matter Talent Management, their Head of Talent UK now manages up to 15 live roles at a time and has saved Smartly.io 40% on recruitment fees.
