The Role

A hands-on, client-facing Retail Media role focused on driving measurable ecommerce growth for enterprise brands across Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Kroger, and other marketplaces.

  • Own retail media strategy, execution, and optimisation across major ecommerce platforms.
  • Manage enterprise-level advertising budgets, bids, pacing, promotions, and performance analysis.
  • Partner directly with enterprise clients to drive growth, improve KPIs, and maximise platform value.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to shape platform capabilities and new features.

 

The Need

  • Hands-on Retail Media (Paid Search) / Ecommerce Advertising experience.
  • Agency-side or consulting background
  • Deep Amazon Ads / Walmart Connect / Marketplace Advertising strategy
  • Enterprise client-facing experience with strong commercial communication skills
