The Role
As Amazon Retail Operations Manager, you will own retail performance and marketplace data for a portfolio of eCommerce and retail brands, ensuring operational excellence across inventory, pricing, conversion, and commercial health.
- Analyse marketplace data (Amazon Vendor/Seller Central preferred) to identify retail performance issues and deliver actionable recommendations
- Act as a strategic partner, owning conversations on inventory, pricing, Buy Box, and revenue impact
- Use Amazon retail data to diagnose KPI fluctuations, separating media-driven vs. operational causes
- Identify opportunities to optimise listings, availability, pricing, and marketplace fundamentals to drive sales growth
Desired Skills & Requirements
- Hands-on experience in Amazon Vendor/Seller Central or other marketplaces
- Strong understanding of inventory, pricing, Buy Box, listings, and conversion
- Skilled at analyzing marketplace data and turning it into actionable insights
- Client- or stakeholder-facing with clear communication
- Strong problem-solving and operational mindset
