Role:
This role is integral to the success and growth of a portfolio of key accounts. As such, the Client Success Manager will be highly strategic, taking a data-driven approach to deliver success.
- Take a consultative approach to ensure customer renewals and growth
- Provide technical support and identify market opportunities
- Ensure effective ongoing training to maximise utilisation
- Over-deliver on client expectations as standard
Experience:
The Client Success Manager will be coming with a background across Paid Media (ideally Search or Social), with proven experience working technically and analytically.
- Experience across Paid Media channels (Paid Search, Paid Social or Programmatic)
- Second language desirable – but not essential!
- Experienced in a client-facing role
- Highly proactive, organised and time-efficient
- An excellent collaborator and team player
