The Role

  • Own the client relationship and drive value from day one.
  • Build trusted, strategic partnerships with key accounts.
  • Connect the right people to the right stakeholders at the right time.
  • Champion client needs across internal teams.
  • Equip clients with the know-how to get the most from the platform.
  • Keep clients ahead with timely product updates and rollout support.

 

 

Desired Skills & Experience

With a passion for driving customer satisfaction, you will have a high touch consultative approach and excellent knowledge of the SaaS marketing space.

  • SaaS and Data platform experience, MarTech desirable
  • Extremely strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills.
