A fast-evolving HR Tech business is entering a major growth phase, launching a new go-to-market strategy and expanding its product platform. As part of this transformation, they are seeking a Demand Generation Manager to play a pivotal role in driving pipeline growth and market expansion.

This role offers the opportunity to make a visible impact within a business that values innovation, ambition and data-led decision making. The successful candidate will take ownership of demand generation activity across multiple products and channels, supporting growth plans through 2026 and beyond.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning end-to-end demand generation campaigns across email, paid media, webinars and account-based marketing (ABM)
  • Leading digital growth initiatives across paid and organic channels, including search, social, display and website optimisation
  • Designing and optimising marketing automations, workflows and customer journeys within CRM and marketing platforms
  • Ensuring seamless integration between marketing activity and CRM systems to support pipeline health and customer engagement
  • Developing and executing targeted ABM programmes for high-value accounts
  • Analysing campaign performance end-to-end, translating data into actionable insights and optimisation recommendations
  • Supporting product positioning, advertising placement and event strategy in collaboration with Brand and Product teams
  • Managing external agencies and partners to ensure high-quality delivery and performance

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a B2B demand generation role
  • A proven track record of delivering and optimising multi-channel campaigns
  • A highly analytical, data-driven mindset with strong reporting capability
  • Deep experience using marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Confidence working cross-functionally with Sales, Brand, Product and Customer teams
  • Strong motivation to drive measurable impact through leads, pipeline and revenue

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrable experience in demand generation strategy, execution and performance management
  • Strong customer journey mapping and campaign optimisation capability
  • Advanced experience with HubSpot (essential); familiarity with Pipedrive highly desirable
  • Proficiency across marketing technology stacks and analytics tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or a related field preferred
