- Manage and mentor a fast-growing development team
- Work closely with Product and Design to deliver strong systems
- Own and develop engineering practices and processes as the business grows
Desired Skills & Experience
- Engineering manager or similar experience
- Previous full-stack TypeScript, System Design and Code Review experience
- Strong people management and development experience
