Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop high-performing Product Managers and cross-functional teams
- Define product vision, strategy and long-term roadmap
- Embed AI into product discovery, planning and execution
- Champion experimentation and data-driven product development
- Work closely with Engineering, Design and Data leadership
- Drive commercial outcomes through customer-centric innovation
- Build scalable product processes for a fast-growing business
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience leading Product teams in a high-growth technology business
- Strong background in Product Strategy and Product Development
- Passion for AI and its practical application within Product organisations
- Experience building consumer-facing digital products
- Commercial mindset with exceptional stakeholder management skills
