A fast-scaling, global mobile advertising technology company is hiring a commercially focused Head of Publisher Growth to expand and deepen strategic supply partnerships across non-gaming mobile applications.

This is a senior, high-impact role within a rapidly growing monetisation and real-time bidding platform, suited to someone who thrives on long-term publisher relationships, SDK-driven monetisation strategies, and sustainable revenue growth.

The Company

  • International mobile ad tech business with a strong presence across North America and Europe
  • End-to-end platform spanning programmatic advertising, user acquisition, and app monetisation
  • Product-led organisation with a modern, distributed team culture
  • Proven growth trajectory with consistent triple-digit year-on-year expansion
  • Established relationships with leading mobile app publishers globally
  • Investing heavily in expanding beyond its traditional core vertical

The Role

  • Own and grow partnerships with non-gaming mobile app publishers
  • Drive adoption of the company’s SSP and SDK-based monetisation solutions
  • Prospect, pitch, and close new publisher partnerships
  • Negotiate commercial agreements that create long-term value
  • Work closely with Product, Ad Ops, and Engineering to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing performance
  • Act as the voice of publishers, feeding insight into roadmap, features, and market positioning
  • Initially an IC role with scope to grow into a player-coach position over time

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Significant experience in mobile ad tech, SSPs, or publisher monetisation
  • Proven track record selling to mobile app publishers, ideally non-gaming
  • Strong understanding of programmatic, RTB, and mobile monetisation mechanics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially data-driven with the ability to sell on performance
  • Experience in high-growth or scaling environments preferred
