Exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing Marketing Data Intelligence SaaS platform as their first HR and Recruitment hire.

 

The Company:

The Role:

  • First HR and Recruitment hire with huge opportunity to define, develop and implement people processes
  • Own the recruitment process; talent identification and engagement, interview/offer management as well as on/offboarding
  • Go to point of contact for all things HR!

 

Needs:

  • Experience in a HR Generalist role, with Talent/Recruitment experience
  • CIPD / Professional HR qualifications desirable, but not essential!
  • Proven self-starter, confident working independently
