The Role
- Own the strategy across omni-channel lifecycle campaigns to drive engagement and engagement
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, data-driven solutions – on time, every time.
- Be the client’s strategic partner, building trusted relationships and steering long-term success.
- Translate insights into action by analysing performance data and identifying key growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with tech experts to deliver advanced, scalable solutions using platforms like Braze, Klaviyo, and Iterable.
- Mentor and inspire junior team members, shaping a culture of innovation, performance, and collaboration.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 5-7 years in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or digital marketing with proven success
- Experience with ESP platforms like Klaviyo, Braze, Iterable, or SFMC
- ESP platform certification is a plus
- Skilled in data analysis and using analytics to inform marketing decisions
