The Role

As a Paid Social Strategist, you will develop, execute and optimise full-funnel Paid Social programmes designed to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth and long-term customer value.

  • Own Paid Social strategy across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat and Reddit
  • Build and optimise full-funnel campaigns across prospecting, retargeting and loyalty initiatives
  • Translate business objectives into clear media strategies that deliver measurable commercial outcomes
  • Leverage automation and AI-powered tools to improve performance and reduce inefficiencies
  • Design and execute creative, audience and bidding tests to identify scalable opportunities
  • Utilise data and insights to inform budget allocation and investment decisions
  • Maintain tracking integrity across Pixel, CAPI, event mapping, UTMs and GA4
  • Partner closely with Creative, Analytics, Product and Client Leadership teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Create best practice frameworks and playbooks that can be scaled across teams

 

Desired Skills & Experience

The successful Paid Social Strategist will have extensive hands-on Paid Social experience, strong analytical capabilities and a passion for innovation and performance marketing.

  • 5+ years’ experience managing Paid Social campaigns across Meta and TikTok
  • Experience with Pinterest, Snapchat or Reddit is advantageous
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Advantage+, Value Optimisation, CAPI, TikTok Smart Performance and Pinterest Performance+
  • Experience with audience development, creative testing and Dynamic Product Ads
  • Strong understanding of GA4, attribution and measurement frameworks
  • Proven ability to connect media performance to business metrics including Revenue, CAC and LTV
  • Comfortable designing and analysing A/B and incrementality tests
  • Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and simplify complex insights into actionable recommendations
