We’re partnering with an innovative SaaS business that’s helping organisations protect and maximise their digital advertising spend, integrating with major advertising platforms, and delivering actionable insights that improve marketing performance and ROI.

You’ll own the end-to-end SME product experience, from customer onboarding and subscription management through to dashboard enhancements, lifecycle communications, and future feature development. This is a highly commercial role where you’ll use customer insights and data to improve trial-to-paid conversion, grow recurring revenue, and reduce churn.

You’ll work directly with the Chief Product Officer and have significant autonomy to shape the customer experience, roadmap, and future direction of the product.

 

The role

  • Own and deliver the product roadmap, driving future integrations and product expansion initiatives.
  • Prioritise and manage the product backlog, balancing customer needs, commercial impact, and technical dependencies.
  • Optimise the end-to-end self-service customer journey, including sign-up, onboarding, billing, product adoption, and renewals.
  • Partner with engineering teams to enhance subscription and billing functionality.
  • Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Own product-led lifecycle communications, including activation, upgrade, and retention journeys.
  • Analyse key product metrics and customer behaviour to drive product decisions.
  • Conduct customer research and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams.

 

Desired skills & experience

  • Product Management experience within a B2C or self-serve B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience owning subscription metrics, including MRR, churn, and trial conversion.
  • A track record of launching or scaling self-serve onboarding journeys and subscription products.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and performance metrics such as CPC, CTR, ROAS, and CVR.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for improving user experiences.
  • Digital advertising platforms and performance marketing.
  • Subscription billing platforms.
  • Product analytics tools such as Looker, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
  • REST APIs, OAuth, and webhooks.
  • Lifecycle communication platforms such as Intercom or HubSpot.
  • AdTech, invalid traffic (IVT), or ad fraud prevention technologies.
  • SQL, BigQuery, or self-serve data analysis.
  • Product-Led Growth (PLG) environments.
  • Social advertising platform knowledge.
