The Role
As a Senior Customer Success Lead, you’ll own a portfolio of strategic customer accounts across the UK and EMEA, helping clients maximise campaign performance while identifying opportunities to grow revenue and deepen partnerships.
- Manage and develop a portfolio of enterprise mobile advertising clients
- Drive customer retention, renewals and account growth
- Build trusted relationships with advertisers and agency partners
- Deliver business reviews and strategic performance recommendations
- Work closely with internal campaign and analytics teams to support client success
- Identify upsell opportunities and help clients maximise platform value
- Flexible remote or hybrid working
Desired Skills & Requirements
- Customer Success, Growth or Account Management experience within mobile AdTech
- Strong understanding of mobile DSPs and programmatic advertising
- Proven experience growing enterprise client accounts
- Commercially minded with a track record of upselling and expanding customer relationships
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Additional European language skills are advantageous
