Exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Success professional to join a growing mobile advertising technology business as they continue to expand across EMEA.

The Role 

As a Senior Customer Success Lead, you’ll own a portfolio of strategic customer accounts across the UK and EMEA, helping clients maximise campaign performance while identifying opportunities to grow revenue and deepen partnerships. 

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of enterprise mobile advertising clients 
  • Drive customer retention, renewals and account growth 
  • Build trusted relationships with advertisers and agency partners 
  • Deliver business reviews and strategic performance recommendations 
  • Work closely with internal campaign and analytics teams to support client success 
  • Identify upsell opportunities and help clients maximise platform value 
  • Flexible remote or hybrid working 

 

Desired Skills & Requirements 

  • Customer Success, Growth or Account Management experience within mobile AdTech 
  • Strong understanding of mobile DSPs and programmatic advertising 
  • Proven experience growing enterprise client accounts 
  • Commercially minded with a track record of upselling and expanding customer relationships 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 
  • Additional European language skills are advantageous
