We are hiring for the first Customer Success Manager to be based in Germany for a global Ecommerce / Marketing SaaS business who have built significant revenue across the DACH region and are now investing into a dedicated local Customer Success function.

Role 

  • First Customer Success Manager hire in Germany, managing key enterprise and mid-market accounts across DACH 
  • Full ownership of onboarding, retention, renewals and customer satisfaction 
  • Act as the primary product expert and trusted advisor for clients, partnering closely with global teams 
  • Technical and consultative role with exposure to Marketing Analytics, CRO, SEO, A/B testing and broader digital marketing 

 

Experience Needed 

  • 4-5+ years’ experience in Customer Success or Account Management 
  • Strong technical background with SaaS products 
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and mar tech preferrable 
  • Fluent German speaker based in Germany 
  • Comfortable managing mid-market and enterprise accounts
