The Role:
- Serve as the trusted advisor for key enterprise accounts—driving platform adoption, retention, and expansion strategies.
 - Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Solutions teams to build tailored success plans that deliver business impact.
 - Champion customer feedback internally, identify risks early, and lead strategic conversations that align stakeholders and outcomes.
 
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in enterprise-level customer-facing roles – CSM / AM / Solutions
 - MarTech / CDP / ESP / CRM or similar platform experience
 - Strong track record in adoption, value, retention and upsell / cross-sell
