ROLE
- Hybrid leadership role (3 days per week in Manhattan office)
- Leading and scaling the SDR team across North America
- Full ownership of SDR strategy, playbooks, and outbound pipeline generation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align prospecting strategy
- Day-to-day coaching, mentoring, and developing career paths for SDR team members
- Streamlining processes and improving SDR-to-AE handoffs to drive conversion rates

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 3+ years’ experience managing SDR teams in SaaS or ad tech
