Responsibilities

  • Launch, optimise, and scale TV, video, audio, and display campaigns that grow new customers and revenue while maintaining efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including analytics, creative, and channel specialists to turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Run small, safe pilots to test new approaches, document what works, and contribute to team-wide knowledge.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders, explaining results in plain language tied to business goals.
  • Monitor performance daily, maintain budgets and pacing, and support data quality with a detail-oriented approach.

 

Experience

  • Experience running TV/video/audio/display campaigns or in analytical roles with strong media exposure.
  • Hands-on experience with campaign builds, launches, optimisations, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, SQL a plus) and basic testing frameworks (A/B, lift studies).
  • Strong communication skills, able to explain data insights and collaborate with clients and teams.
  • A mindset of ownership: move fast, cut waste, and drive measurable results.
