The Role:
As the Amazon DSP & Programmatic Strategy Lead, you’ll own strategy and execution for a marquee CPG brand. This hands-on, leadership-focused role involves driving results, influencing senior stakeholders, and mentoring a small team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and own Amazon DSP and Programmatic strategy, ensuring campaign success and strong KPIs
 - Establish and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders
 - Manage a small team responsible for campaign execution and operational excellence
 - Use Amazon DSP and broader Amazon Ads analytics to interpret trends, make actionable recommendations, and communicate performance to clients
 - Identify new opportunities to grow brand awareness and drive sales
 
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Proven hands-on experience activating and executing Amazon DSP campaigns (broader Amazon Ads experience a plus)
 - Strong understanding of the Retail / Commerce Media landscape
 - Familiarity with tools such as Skai, Pacuve, Google Analytics, and Helium10
 - Client-facing experience, ideally from a media agency
