- Own technical relationships with enterprise customers
- Troubleshoot APIs, integrations and data migrations
- Partner with Engineering, Professional Services & Customer Success
- Support complex customer projects and custom integrations
- Shape a brand-new post-sales technical function
Desired Skills & Experience
- Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer or Professional Services
- Strong API, integration and enterprise SaaS knowledge
- C++ exposure beneficial
- Customer-facing communication skills
