Exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Account Manager, with experience in DCO campaign management, to join a fast-growing full-service media agency as they continue to experience sustained growth.

 

The Role:

The Technical Account Manager will be responsible for leading the technical execution & optimisation of dynamic creative optimisation (DCO) campaigns providing expertise across platforms, data, and insights to drive impactful client outcomes.

  • Lead the setup, implementation, and integration of DCO campaigns, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and seamless platform operations.
  • Work with creative, strategy, and client teams to translate concepts into optimised DCO strategies, using performance data and insights to continuously improve campaigns.
  • Provide technical guidance to internal teams, support client reporting and analyses, and stay up-to-date with emerging DCO technologies and best practices.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Hands-on experience managing and implementing DCO campaigns across platforms like Google Ad Manager, Innovid, Flashtalking, or Clinch, with strong troubleshooting and data management skills.
  • Skilled at turning multiple data sources (CRM, 1P, 3P) into actionable DCO segments, with solid understanding of digital advertising technologies and ecosystems.
  • Strong stakeholder management across clients, creative, media, and tech teams; bonus if familiar with scripting, data visualisation, or AI-driven creative optimisation.
