- Investigate software issues, support customers, and troubleshoot technical incidents
- Gain hands-on experience with SQL queries, XML data, software integrations, and data migration
- Work closely with technical teams to solve complex problems and deliver an excellent customer experience
Desired Skills and Experience
- Technical support, helpdesk, or customer support experience
- SQL knowledge and confidence writing basic queries
- Experience with XML
