The Role
- Own a portfolio of strategic accounts, with full accountability for client health, revenue growth, retention, and regional expansion.
- Act as the senior client sponsor in the UK, partnering with US leadership to ensure global strategies translate effectively across markets, regulations, and time zones.
- Own senior client relationships and executive-level outcomes across UK-led and global accounts with significant EMEA presence
- Architect and lead multi-year growth strategies, converting complex insights into clear commercial decisions
- Drive expansion of US-based accounts into EMEA, shaping go-to-market models, contract structures, and regional operating rhythms
- Lead and develop Directors/Group Directors and Senior Client Partners, while serving as a senior escalation and support layer for UK-based teams
- Operate with P&L influence, partnering with Finance and senior leadership to forecast growth, manage risk, and ensure profitable expansion across regions.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Strategic, commercially minded leader who thrives in complex, multi-market environments and can balance executive client influence with operational excellence.
- Senior client leadership within digital/performance marketing or integrated media, including ownership of UK and/or EMEA portfolios
- Proven success growing multi-million-dollar accounts and expanding US-based relationships into EMEA (or scaling EMEA accounts globally), including negotiation of global MSAs/SOWs
- Strong cross-channel expertise (Commerce/Retail Media, Search, Social, TV & Audio, CRM/Lifecycle, Creative) with deep measurement acumen (forecasting, MMM, incrementality, KPI frameworks)
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-layered, matrixed teams across regions and time zones; exceptional executive communication skills and comfort navigating UK/US cultural and regulatory nuances (including GDPR)
